We do this by helping our students identify how they learn best. Our purpose is to develop life long learners who will be filled with excitement and confidence each time they approach something new.
We equip students to advocate for themselves and work through the frustration that accompanies learning for so many.
Through individual coaching, expert knowledge, and brain-based learning strategies, we help students achieve their goals, succeed in the classroom, and build confidence that spills over into every area of life.

Prep Source was started in 2015 with one goal: to help students access and become confident in their ability to learn.
Since then, it has grown into a network consisting of a team of 30 tutors dedicated to providing students with the highest quality academic support. Prep Source recognizes and celebrates the individual learning style and interests of each student.
We believe educational success begins with a tailor-made approach for each student that will both reinforce their natural abilities and propel them into a confident life of learning and constantly growing.

Finding the best tutor for your student
Through our initial conversations, we determine what your child enjoys, what causes stress, and which situations have resulted in success. Next, we examine who we have available who might share some of the same interests or have a complimentary personality. We want to eliminate any stress from the start. By establishing a connection between the tutor and student, we aim to make the tutoring session as productive as possible.

Creating the best schedule to fit your busy schedule
Tutoring sessions are arranged to accommodate your student and family’s busy schedule. We understand a student’s schedule can change due to extracurricular activities, and we will accommodate these changes to continue providing consistent tutoring sessions. Experience has shown us that consistent weekly tutoring makes the greatest impact upon a student’s success, and it is worth the juggling of schedules to keep the constant support in place. In addition, we engage many students for short periods of time when they only need help with a difficult topic or unit.

Tutoring that is personal
Rather than offering a “one size fits all” curriculum for our students, our tutors work with the individual learning styles of each student. We utilize brain based learning techniques and actively encourage improvement in all academic skills, not just the topic at hand. We are committed to serving the whole child.

No contracts...easy payment process
We do not require prepayment for sessions. Clients are billed the first of the month for sessions completed the previous month. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle payments, and checks by mail.
